Does DoodhPheri work without mobile internet during morning delivery rounds?
Yes. Once the mobile app is set up, you can record deliveries, milk collection, account entries, and expenses without mobile internet. Sharing statements online and using the web portal require a connection.
Where is my dairy business data stored?
Offline app records are stored on your phone. You can export a local backup or share statements. Approved cloud pilot accounts use separate hosted storage; see our privacy policy for details.
Are English and Hindi supported across all screens?
The homepage has an English / Hindi switch and the mobile app includes Hindi workflows. Some website pages and pilot portal screens are currently in English. We can help you arrange a Hindi walkthrough.
Are DoodhPheri statements valid for official GST invoicing?
No. Statements and reports in DoodhPheri are operational bahi-khata records meant for customer reconciliation and supplier transparency. They do not calculate statutory GST splits or produce official tax invoices.
Does the web portal already sync with the mobile app?
Not yet. Automatic mobile-to-web synchronization is not enabled. The reports portal is under development for approved pilot accounts. Please contact us to discuss availability.
