These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DoodhPheri (दूधफेरी) mobile applications, web portals, calculators, and documentation provided by Rime Global Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By installing, accessing, or evaluating DoodhPheri, you agree to these Terms.
1. Scope of the Software
DoodhPheri is an operational management software tool designed to help milk distributors, dairy shops, and milk collection centres record delivery rounds (Pheri), milk procurement intake, FAT/SNF pricing calculations, customer and farmer khata ledgers, retail counter sales, and internal operating expenses.
2. Non-Statutory Operational Records Disclaimer
Statements, passbook summaries, delivery chits, and receipt printouts generated by DoodhPheri are internal operational records meant for managing transactions between the dairy operator, supplying farmers, and retail consumers.
Unless explicitly configured with official GST electronic invoicing credentials, DoodhPheri outputs do not represent official statutory GST tax invoices. Operators remain solely responsible for assessing their tax liability, complying with local agricultural cooperative rules, and filing official returns with state and central authorities.
3. Recorded Payment Methods vs. Bank Verification
When an operator selects a payment method such as Cash, UPI, or Bank Transfer in DoodhPheri, this indicates an operator-entered bookkeeping category.
Recording an entry as “UPI” or “Bank” does not mean that Rime Global Technologies has processed, verified, or confirmed electronic banking settlement. Rime Global Technologies is not a payment aggregator, banking correspondent, or custodian of financial funds.
4. Accuracy of Rate Charts and Milk Testing Formulas
DoodhPheri provides rate matrix lookup engines and standard mathematical formulas (including FAT/SNF formulas and Richmond calculations). The values used to calculate payout amounts are determined by the rate charts and rules uploaded or selected by the dairy operator.
Operators are solely responsible for ensuring that their configured rates and lactometer temperature correction factors match the procurement contracts agreed upon with their supplying milk farmers.
5. Operator Responsibility for Data Backups
Because DoodhPheri functions as an offline-first on-device application, your transactional records exist exclusively on your hardware unless manually exported.
Rime Global Technologies does not possess remote copies of your database. You agree to generate regular backup files (.dspbackup) and store them safely. The Company shall not be liable for data loss resulting from damaged hardware, unbacked-up device resets, or lost handsets.
6. Website Previews and Pilot Portal
Public product previews use fictional sample data and are for illustration. The web reports portal is being developed for approved pilot accounts; public signup and automatic mobile-to-web synchronization are not available.
Where a separate demo workspace is enabled, it uses sample records stored in your browser. Do not enter real business records into a demo. Approved cloud pilot accounts are separate and require authentication.
7. Intellectual Property
The DoodhPheri name, logo mark, milk-drop and route motif, software source code, user interface designs, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of Rime Global Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized decompilation, reverse engineering, or trademark reproduction is prohibited.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of DoodhPheri software shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
