How DoodhPheri Works in Daily Practice
From early morning cow/buffalo milk collection to evening delivery rounds and night closing accounts.
Step 1: Morning Milk Procurement
Farmers bring milk in aluminum and stainless steel cans. The operator selects the farmer code, enters liters, and records FAT and SNF readings. DoodhPheri calculates the exact price per liter according to the agreed Cow or Buffalo chart and prints/displays the intake slip.
Step 2: Morning Delivery Round (Pheri)
Load the delivery vehicle. Open Route Mode on the phone. The app displays the ordered customer stops. The 'Alert Next 2' route mode queues the upcoming 2 stops so utensils are ready before you arrive. Hand over the milk, tap 'Delivered' in 1 tap, or adjust if the customer wants +1L extra.
Step 3: Retail Counter POS & Shop Sales
Open your retail counter for walk-in customers and tea stalls. Sell milk pouches, malai paneer, curd, and desi ghee. Use Natural Sale Draft presets to quickly prepare cart orders during the morning rush. Choose 'Paid Now' for cash/UPI or 'Add to Khata' for monthly credit accounts.
Step 4: Evening Intake & Evening Pheri
Record the evening shift milk procurement from farmers. Then complete the second delivery round for customers subscribed to twice-daily milk. All customer Khatas update automatically.
Step 5: Closing Reconcile, Expenses & Backup
Log daily operational expenses (vehicle fuel, cattle feed purchases, staff wages). Reconcile physical cash with recorded receipts. Export CSV reports and create an on-demand .dspbackup snapshot file to keep your records safe.
